Job Description:

Manages the various loan campaigns by running queries and preparing reports. Assembles the quarterly Commercial Real Estate report for Sr. Lending Management. Prepares month reports regarding the lending pipeline both loans that have been approved and are in the process of being approved by the various bank committees. Prepares monthly reports regarding the draw and inspection activities of the real estate department. Manages the data base tools utilized by the lending department that measures the lending process, draw process, and inspection activity of the bank. Preforms periodic review(s) to validate the underlying data of Commercial Real Estate and portfolio reports. Performs clerical duties as needed. Explain, promote and sell products and services of Wilson Bank and Trust. Participate in outside community activities as required. Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills a must - must have ability to interact with vendors and loan personnel. Knowledge of database management and efficient business process management. Knowledge of all aspects of real estate lending. Must have excellent computer skills specifically related to Microsoft office, relational databases, and the preparing of queries and reports. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Multi-tasked-must be able to perform several duties at the same time. 3-5 years of lending or credit analyst experience is required.
