Job Description:

Manages overall branch operations, oversees branch development and personnel development, and is responsible for maintaining the branch’s budget. Reports to management on all aspects of branch operation including, but not limited to, business development, budget requirements, loan activity and loan collection efforts.  Performs loan officer duties including meeting with existing and prospective customers to determine their needs, processing and approving loan applications, reviewing loan documentation, and maintaining an aggressive collections effort. Responsible for overall branch loan activity and loan officer duties. Supervises sales at the branch level.  Is aggressive in making sales calls in the branch market area.  Retains existing business and develops new business for the bank.  Assists in the marketing and promotion of Wilson Bank and Trust in the Williamson County community. Continuously represents Wilson Bank and Trust in the community through membership and active involvement in civic clubs, participation in community events, and connecting the bank with the community’s needs. Works closely with community council members to grow Wilson Bank and Trust in Williamson County.Assists in resolving customer questions and complaints.  Participates in branch audits. Serves as the branch’s representative regarding security issues.

 

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree or extensive bank experience in management.  Knowledge of the policies and procedures of Wilson Bank and Trust and the banking industry as a whole.  Must be able to make an educated banking decision quickly. Good communication skills and the ability to interact with all types of personalities (customers’ and employees’) is a must.  Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment and extended hours.
