Job Description:

Work with Management daily on improving processes and maintaining them at peak performance in order to maximize efficiency and profitability while maintaining a great customer experience. These processes would cover existing products, services and tasks. Provide primary backup for all open positions, vacations, personal days, off days, etc. for the department with respect to the following functions:

Troubleshooting Issues
Wire Transfer/ACH/Branch Cash
Lockbox
EFT Call Queue
Responding to Customer Communications
Online & Telephone Banking
ATM/Check/Credit Cards
Fraud
Cash Management Sales/Product Support

Provide phone support as needed. Help to maintain up-to-date procedures. Explain, promote and cross sell products and services of Wilson Bank & Trust. Participate in community activities as required. Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

One to two years experience with electronic banking functions preferred. Excellent communication skills. Receptive to change. Ability to think critically. Ability to work as a team to accomplish desired results. Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Great attention to detail. Ability to multitask.
