Job Description:

  • Facilitate and manage the planning and implementation of projects/product development from inception to execution
  • Define, prepare, and provide project timelines, schedules, and tasks to all members, utilizing Smartsheet application
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to support progress and completion
  • Resolve issues and solve problems throughout the project cycle
  • Liaison with constituencies, communicate feedback and evaluations from one group to another
  • Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to team, process owners and executive sponsors
  • Determine test methodology and complete post-project evaluations to validate results
  • Monitor/measure return on investment (ROI) on each project
  • Design, develop, test, validate and manage automated and ad-hoc reporting to track project progress and support implementation
  • Continuously identify and evaluate methods to optimize workflow processes, increase efficiency/productivity and minimize errors and failures
  • Understand and promote Wilson Bank & Trust products and services
  • Participate in outside community events as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience and Skills:

  • Project management knowledge, Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • Highly organized, methodical, detail-oriented, strong acumen in data quality and accuracy
  • Planning, organizational and delegation skills; ability to prioritize work schedules on short-term and long-term basis
  • Adaptable; able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; adept at making sound decisions
  • Team work, conflict management and informal leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of report design, development and deployment
  • Intermediate skills in computer terminal and personal computer operation; Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Access experience a plus
  • Experience in procedure writing a plus
  • Operational, technical, marketing or management skills

 

Education & Experience

  • High School Graduate, College Graduate Preferred
  • Preferred Software and Application Experience
  1. Microsoft Office
  2. Jack Henry Silverlake Core Processing System
  3. Smartsheet or project management software experience a plus
  • Banking/Consumer Finance Industry Experience Required
