Develops and manages new commercial loan business in the Sumner
County area mainly in the Hendersonville and Gallatin Markets. Retains
and strengthens current relationships and seeks to develop new
business through various channels such as cross-sales and working
internal and external referral sources.
Analyzes applicant’s credit history and loan repayment capability.
Negotiates credit terms such as loan repayment methods and collateral
specifications. Develops and maintains interest rate structure
consistent with Bank policies and procedures and competitive with
current market rates. Evaluates potential customer loan requests and
makes recommendations to management. Aggressive in calling on existing
and potential customers within the market area. Keeps documentation
exceptions to a minimum. Maintains an aggressive collection effort in
order to keep past dues at an acceptable level. Actively participates
in local business and community events. Attends office and bank
meetings as scheduled. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank
regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the
Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.
