Maintain weekly communication with internal partners and management on
the status of each loan in your pipeline and with where each file is
at in the manufacturing process. Manage personal pipeline assignment
to insure timely and efficient action and adherence to company lending
and service standards. Manage key dates (lock date, lock expiration,
appraisal due dates, closing dates). Meet volume requirements for
calls, applications, and closings set by management. Maintain a
thorough knowledge of Wilson Bank & Trust lending programs,
policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Operate with the
highest level of customer service and ethical behavior. Maintain at
least a 98% customer satisfaction rating on all customer surveys.
