Works under the direction of the Director of Technology. Administers
and maintains the Bank’s information systems related to the networks
and Intel-based setup, configuration, installation, troubleshooting,
etc. Performs on-going administration of Citrix and VMware systems.
Works with desktop, notebook, iOS devices and other computer
peripherals including drives, NIC cards, cabling, monitors, etc.
Troubleshoots network issues and takes timely corrective action while
adhering to established bank information security policies. Staffs
Bank technology helpdesk phones to assist users with problems.
Performs limited testing and studies as directed. Works closely with
end users, outside consultants, and technicians in a productive and
pleasant manner. Performs other duties as assigned by Director of
Technology. Works Saturdays on a rotating basis and extended hours as necessary.
