Job Description:

Works with all employees one-on-one and in group settings in order to strengthen employee’s knowledge regarding bank products, services and operational procedures. Assists with organizing training schedules and recommends training topics. Assists with new employee orientation and backs up Education & Training Manager as needed. Assists with WBT University and outside education scheduling. Attends internal trainings and seminars as well as external trainings, seminars and schools. Stays abreast of changes/updates to bank products and policies. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

 

 

Experience and Skills:

Three years’ banking experience preferred: Basic knowledge of all deposit products, electronic banking products; loan products and cash management services. Should be familiar with, and able to instruct others in, the use of Silverlake, OnBoard, Intranet, Vertex, Synergy, XPerience, Citrix, Synapsys, RPM, and Online Applications including Opening Act, Money Desktop, Mobile Deposit, and Microsoft and Apple applications. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and flexible. Must possess good time management and multi-tasking skills and the ability to follow instructions. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be extremely proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be energetic, a self-starter and able to interact with all types of personalities in a friendly and professional manner. Work schedule will be Monday through Friday, with possibility of Saturday. Travel to all branch locations will be required on a regular basis, up to 4 days a week. Will attend some out-of-town trainings that may last 3 or 4 days.
